MINIMUM CHARGE
The minimum charge shall be
$14.50 or $16.75 a month for single phase and $28.75 a month for three
phase services.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above rates are net, the
gross rates being 10% higher. In the event that the current monthly
bill is not paid on or before the 10th of the following month, the gross
rates shall apply.
