Based upon the investment required to provide electric service in addition to a proportionate share of power supply facilities.  To be determined by the Association.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The above rates are net, the gross rates being 10% higher.  In the event that the current monthly bill is not paid on or before the 10^th of the following month, the gross rates shall apply.
