PREMA
is your local rural electric cooperative. We were incorporated
in April 1945 to provide electric service to every farm and
ranch within our area. We continue to provide power to
all or parts of 11 western Nebraska
counties. The seven members of our
board
of directors are elected by the members at the annual
meeting each year on a rotating basis. We provide
electrical service to all or a portion of Box Butte,
Sioux, Sheridan, Grant, Hooker, Arthur, Morrill, Garden,
Cherry, Dawes and McPherson counties for more than 50
years.

that will improve their quality of life. Service
